Clinical Hypnotherapist and Coach
Become the Person You Want to Be
If you've ever felt frustrated by habits you can't seem to change, you're not alone.
Whether your goal is healthier eating, greater motivation, increased productivity, or more consistent follow-through, hypnosis can help you create lasting change by working with the subconscious patterns that drive behavior.
Most people know what they should do. They know they should eat healthier, exercise more consistently, stop procrastinating, or break habits that no longer serve them. Yet despite their best intentions, many find themselves repeating the same patterns again and again.
The challenge is rarely a lack of knowledge. More often, habits are driven by subconscious habits, beliefs, emotions, and automatic responses that operate below conscious awareness. This is why willpower alone can feel exhausting—and why lasting change can be difficult to achieve through logic alone.
Hypnosis helps you access the subconscious mind, where many of these patterns are stored. In a relaxed and focused state, you can begin to identify and change the thoughts, beliefs, and emotional triggers that influence behavior. Rather than fighting against yourself, you can create new patterns that better support the person you want to become.
Hypnosis for habits and behavior change is not about forcing yourself to be different. It is about creating alignment between your goals and your actions. Many clients find it easier to make healthier choices, follow through on commitments, stay motivated, and develop habits that support their long-term success and wellbeing.
I often work with clients who want to improve their relationship with food, reduce sugar cravings, increase exercise motivation, overcome procrastination, or create healthier daily routines. Together, we explore what may be getting in the way and create new patterns that support lasting change.
As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, I combine hypnosis with coaching, practical tools, and thoughtful conversation. My goal is not simply to help you change a habit, but to help you create sustainable changes that improve your quality of life.
Lasting change doesn't happen because you become a different person. It happens when you learn to work with your mind instead of against it.

Develop a healthier relationship with food by addressing the emotional patterns that drive stress eating, comfort eating, and unwanted cravings.

Reduce the pull of sugar and create new habits that support your health, energy, and long-term wellbeing.

Build the motivation, consistency, and self-discipline needed to make exercise a natural and sustainable part of your routine.

Overcome avoidance, increase focus, and take action more easily on the goals and priorities that matter most to you.
Many unwanted habits begin as attempts to meet a need. Emotional eating may provide comfort. Procrastination may help us avoid discomfort. Sugar cravings may offer a temporary boost of energy or pleasure. Over time, these patterns can become automatic, making change feel frustratingly difficult. This is where hypnosis can help.
Hypnosis works by helping you access the subconscious mind—the part of you that influences habits, emotions, motivations, and automatic behaviors. In a relaxed and focused state, it becomes easier to identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck and create new responses that better support your goals.
Rather than relying on willpower alone, hypnosis helps you work with the deeper drivers of behavior. Many clients find that making healthy choices feels more natural, motivation comes more easily, and old habits lose some of their power.
Many clients find that hypnosis helps them:
- Strengthen motivation and follow-through
- Reduce cravings and unwanted habits
- Develop healthier daily routines
- Overcome procrastination and avoidance
- Build consistency with exercise and self-care
- Create lasting habits that support long-term success
My approach combines clinical hypnosis, coaching, and practical strategies for creating sustainable change. Together, we explore what may be getting in the way, identify the outcomes you want to achieve, and develop new patterns that support the life you want to create.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is progress. Small changes repeated consistently over time can create remarkable results, and hypnosis can help make those changes feel easier, more natural, and more sustainable.

Michelle is incredible!
I just attended her SOS, stop overeating sugar hypnosis session and it was awesome! As a nutritionist, I highly recommend this reprogramming experience! Shifting your relationship with sugar can be a challenge and I believe the mindset and mental association support from SOS is crucial for anyone serious about reframing their experience of sugar in their lives!

Can hypnosis help me change habits I've struggled with for years?
Many people seek hypnosis because they have tried repeatedly to change a habit but find themselves falling back into old patterns. Hypnosis can help address the subconscious beliefs, emotions, and triggers that often drive behavior, making it easier to create lasting change and maintain new habits over time.
Is hypnosis more effective than willpower alone?
Willpower can be helpful, but it often requires constant effort and can become depleted over time. Hypnosis works differently by helping you change the subconscious patterns that influence behavior. Many clients find that healthy choices, motivation, and follow-through feel more natural when their conscious goals and subconscious beliefs are working together.
What if I can't be hypnotized?
Most people can experience hypnosis when they are willing to participate and open to the process. Hypnosis is not mind control or unconsciousness—it's a natural state of focused attention and concentration. Throughout the session, you remain aware of what is happening and can choose whether or not to follow suggestions. In fact, many people are surprised to discover they have already experienced hypnosis during activities like driving, reading a book, or becoming absorbed in a movie. If you can focus your attention, you can likely benefit from hypnosis.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and circumstances. Some clients notice meaningful changes after just a few sessions, while others choose ongoing support as they work toward larger personal or professional goals.
